Attorney Bios Kevin W. Jones has been practicing immigration law since 1996 during which time he has represented individuals and organizations in a wide array of immigration cases. Kevin is a graduate of Binghamton University and Pace University School of Law where he was a member of the Pace Law Review. He served in the United States Air Force, where he graduated from the U.S. military's prestigious Defense Language Institute, and in the Army National Guard. Kevin is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts. Anu Nair (Associate) has experience in both business and family immigration law. Anu is a graduate of Baruch College, where she earned a degree in biology and is presently an adjunct lecturer. She went on to graduate from the Cardozo School of Law where she was an editor of the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender. Anu is admitted to practice law in New York State. She is bilingual in English and Malayalam and has working knowledge of Hindi. Eric Lucentini (of counsel) has represented a range of immigration clients in all aspects of the litigation process, with an emphasis on criminal deportation proceedings. His appellate work has involved numerous appearances before the Board of Immigration Appeals and other federal tribunals. In addition to several years in private practice with Jones & Lucentini LLP, Eric has been a commercial litigation associate with White & Case LLP. Eric graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was an editor of the American Review of International Arbitration. Eric is bilingual in English and Italian. Angelo G. MacDonald (of counsel) specializes in Criminal, Civil and Immigration law. From 1986 - 1999 Angelo was the former Senior Trial Assistant District Attorney for the Bronx County, New York from where he was the prosecutor for the Homicide and Sex Crime Units. Prior to that Angelo was CEO and Director of an Internet company that he brought public and later sold. He is contributing legal commentator on Court TV, MSNBC and Fox News. Angelo is also the legal consultant to New York Times Best selling Author Robin Cook. Sandra Lucentini (of counsel) In addition to her substantial immigration law experience, Sandra was a litigation associate with the New York firm of Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP, where much of her time was spent on matters for pharmaceutical industry clients. She has also worked on litigation for major commercial clients, including a leading financial services firm, and the City of New York. Sandra graduated from Fordham Law School, where she was a member of the Fordham Law Review. Sandra is bilingual in English and French. Attorney Lance L. Fletcher is a graduate of the University of Rochester and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2000. Upon graduation from law school in 2004, Lance was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, a position he held from 2004 to 2008. While at the District Attorney's Office, Lance prosecuted hundreds of cases involving violent and non-violent offenses, DWI and DUI cases, and was a member of both the Identity Theft Unit and the Domestic Violence Unit. Additionally, Mr. Fletcher conducted numerous jury trials ranging from misdemeanors to complex felonies, and presented over fifty cases before the Grand Jury. Since leaving the District Attorney's Office, Lance has successfully represented clients in state criminal cases in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Westchester, and Long Island, as well as federal cases in the Southern District of New York. He is a member of both the New York County Lawyer's Association and the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
